The Precinct Committee Persons (PCP) email, postage mailing and phone number list of the Multnomah County Republican Party (MCRP) is the sole possession of its members. This list is prohibited from being shared with or distributed outside of this organization. Elected Officers (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer) are permitted to communicate party information directly with any or all members, or anyone the elected Officers designate (e.g., the Publicity Committee). House District Captains are permitted to communicate party information directly with their Precinct members. All other Party members (PCPs) must receive authorization for all official MCRP communication through the sitting Chairman and Secretary before dissemination.
